Sauerkraut Muddler

The Sauerkraut Muddler is made from recycled Oak by a clever wood turner here in New Zealand.

This muddler helps to draw out moisture as you beat the vegetables into the jar and remove air.

These are a great size for small batches or larger batches of ferments.

The muddlers are finished with a mineral food grade oil, to clean wash in warm soapy water.

Measurements: approximately 26cm long x 3.5cm wide one end and 2cm the other – can use both ends.
