Delivery Times

For online order of live plants we deliver early each week via our selected courier partner, so if you order by the end of the weekend, your order will usually be sent early the following week.  This is to ensure our loved plants are not at a Courier Depo over a weekend period. 

All other items delivery time frames will depend on where in the country you are, but usually vary between 2 to 3 working days from date of dispatch unless specified on item page. These delivery & dispatch times may also vary based on order volumes and customer demand. If you’re unsure, please feel free to get in touch with us before ordering so we can confirm your estimated delivery time.

Extra charges may apply to some parcels sent to Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, Chatham Island and Stewart Island, if this is the case, one of our friendly team will be in touch to discuss. Extra charges may also apply to larger or heavier items.

All orders are insured until delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the client specified address it is considered completed and Ladybugs will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please inspect before signing for the courier and contact us immediately.

Ladybugs makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Ladybugs liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Eligible Addresses

We’re happy to accept orders for residential or commercial addresses (both rural and non-rural), but will be unable to dispatch to any “PO Box” addresses.  If a product is found to be mis-addressed by the supplier then the supplier shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product.  If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Ladybugs will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.


Your privacy is important to us, so we guarantee that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties If you send us an e-mail we will store your e-mail address and the contents of the e-mail. This information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. When we offer contests and promotions, customers who choose to enter are asked to provide personal information. This information may then her used to notify the winners, or to fulfil promotional obligations.

Incorrect Bank Account Number Ladybugs gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by Ladybugs, then Ladybugs will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and goods will not be dispatched by Ladybugs until Ladybugs has received payment in full.

Pricing errors Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

Credit Card  We accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars via DPS Payment Express gateway.

All payments are processed using DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. You can help protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.

Zip – customer purchases via Zip is a minimum order of $500 to proceed via Zip.

Mailing Cash: Ladybugs does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, Ladybugs accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise for non-delivery of the mailed cash.

Cart  This order is an estimate there may be additional charges  ie Delivery Fees, CC Surcharge. We will inform you of any additional charges prior to payment.

Orders are subject to stock levels. We will liaise with you around any stock issues and get the order processed as soon as these are resolved!

GST For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. If your order ships to a delivery address outside New Zealand, no New Zealand GST will be charged.

Cancelling Orders: Ladybugs reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason or to cancel the purchase agreement after order confirmation, including (without limitation) where Ladybugs believes the order to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use of a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing. If we do cancel your order or purchase agreement, we accept no liability for any resulting damages or costs suffered by you, however we will refund the purchase price to you (where it has already been paid).

Stock Availability In order to provide the greatest range of products, you understand that Ladybugs does not stock all products listed on this site in a single warehouse. All items sold via the Ladybugs website are subject to availability and Ladybugs reserves the right not to accept or cancel any order for products that are out of stock. Product availability information is provided by a number of third party suppliers. Ladybugs works with these third-parties to ensure this information is as accurate as possible however some errors and omissions are expected. Goods delivered may differ to the product images presented on this site.

We can change our Services on notice We are constantly changing and improving our Site and Services. We may add or remove features or functions and we may suspend or stop providing a Service altogether.
