Corten Steel

Manufactured from 3 mm Corten steel, these panels gradually develop a distinctive rust-coloured patina when exposed to the weather. As the patina matures, it forms a protective layer that slows further corrosion while allowing the steel to retain its strength. The natural variation gives every panel a unique appearance.

Powder-Coated Aluminium

Manufactured from 3 mm aluminium, these panels are professionally prepared and powder coated to provide a durable, corrosion-resistant and low-maintenance finish.

Speeding up the Corten patina: The natural weathering process can be accelerated by cleaning the steel and applying white vinegar outdoors, followed by repeated wet and dry cycles. Once the surface has developed an even earthy patina, no longer feels powdery, and little rust transfers to a clean cloth, the initial weathering stage is considered stabilised and the panel is ready for installation. The colour will continue to deepen naturally over time.
