Forksta™ Broadfork – New Zealand Made Soil Aerator
Save time in the garden, improve soil structure and work more comfortably with the Crafty Forksta™ broadfork. Engineered, tested and refined in New Zealand since 2016, the Forksta™ combines the deep soil-loosening ability of a broadfork with the versatility of an everyday garden fork.
Strong, Durable and Easy to Control
The Forksta™ is made as a strong, one-piece tool from high-strength steel. It is electroplated and powder-coated for added durability and protection.
Its sturdy tines penetrate compacted soil as you pull back on the T-bar handle. The wide foot bar provides a comfortable platform for both feet, while the curved tine design adds strength and supports a smooth rowing motion.

The Forksta™ loosens and aerates soil deep below the surface without unnecessarily disturbing established soil layers.

The 350mm Forksta™ is an excellent all-round size for everyday gardening and general soil preparation.
We recommend double-digging new garden beds initially, then using the Forksta™ to maintain soil structure and aeration in the years that follow. It is also an excellent choice for established sheet-mulched and no-dig beds, where it introduces air without turning the soil over.
