This is an international product seen throughout Europe and the United States. It is guaranteed to NOT rust and is the perfect product for anywhere coastal.
Low to no maintenance and looking good all year around.
We have clients who have had this outside for over 25 years and it still looks “brand new” a true investment to last through the generations.
Each piece has been cleverly designed so that weight is not a problem, but they are not so light they will blow into your pool on a windy day.
The internal dimensions of each piece are generous allowing for comfortable extended sitting.
Cushioning is not required on the Dining seats as they have been ergonomically designed to take in human body shape and therefore remain comfortable even after a long leisurely lunch.
As the name suggests the product is molded in Sand with molten Aluminum being poured into the sand mold. Once set, the pieces are welded, acid bathed, powder coated then paint finished getting the final burnished effect.

The rope used is a very durable three strand Manila rope at 18mm thick. All natural to a hand spliced finish. Standard rope length is 3.5 meter drops. Additional length of rope is also available as a set of two at 1 metre drop.

- Our Corten pieces will start to rust over time, they are not pre-rusted. If you want them to age and rust quickly, you can place them outside and spray them with white vinegar to speed up the process.
- Our standard Corten artwork is cut from 3mm gauge steel, but can be cut up to 16mm for custom designs.

Once this process is curing it will bleach out so please keep in area where it can make a mess. After 2 weeks give it a good wash and if it is clean with no rust on your hands your good to hang and the curing stage is over.
Can be mounted with a nail, hook, magnet or bracket. You can also use screws or removable Velcro strips for installation.
